How does the subscription work?

Choose Subscribe, then pick every month, every 6 weeks or every 2 months. You save 15% on every order and can skip, swap or cancel from your account up to 2 days before each order. Free UK delivery on orders of £30 or more (after your saving), £1.99 below.

How much do I save?

Whichever frequency you choose, you save 15% on every order, your first included. The subscription price is shown on each product before you add it to your basket.

What does delivery cost?

Free UK delivery on orders of £30 or more (after your saving), £1.99 below. Each repeat order is priced on its own contents, so a repeat order under £30 (after your saving) pays £1.99.

When will I be charged?

You pay for your first order at checkout. After that, each order is charged on its order date, using the payment method you subscribed with, and sent the same day when it's charged before 3pm, Monday to Friday. You can make changes up to 2 days before each order.

How fast does it arrive?

UK orders placed before 3pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, by Royal Mail Tracked 48.

Will you remind me before each order?

Yes. We'll email you 3 days before each order, with a link to skip it if you don't need it yet.

How do I skip a delivery?

Sign in, open Manage subscription and choose Skip, up to 2 days before your next order.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes. Sign in, open Manage subscription and choose how long to pause for.

Can I swap to a different drink?

Yes. Sign in, open Manage subscription and swap the drink for your next orders.

Can I change how often it arrives?

Yes. Choose every month, 6 weeks or 2 months, and change it in Manage subscription.

How do I cancel?

Sign in, open Manage subscription and choose Cancel subscription, up to 2 days before your next order. No minimum term and no fees to cancel. You can also email hello@cheerfulbuddha.com.

Can I use my welcome code on a subscription?

Yes. Our welcome code, 25% off your first order over £10 when you sign up to our emails, works on a subscription too. Your first order gets 25% off instead of 15%, then every order after that is 15% off.

Can I subscribe to teas?

Not at the moment. Our teas are one-off purchases for now.

Can I subscribe to the sparkling drinks?

Our sparkling drinks are one-off purchases only.

Do Rewards points work on subscription orders?

You earn Rewards points on subscription orders as normal: 5 points for every £1 you pay. Points can't be spent on subscription orders.

  • Your subscription continues until you cancel.
  • Each order is charged on its order date at the subscription price (15% off), plus UK delivery. Free UK delivery on orders of £30 or more (after your saving), £1.99 below. You can make changes up to 2 days before each order.
  • If we change the price of a product or your saving, we'll email you before your next order is charged, so you can skip, change or cancel first.
  • No minimum term and no fees to cancel. Cancel online in Manage subscription up to 2 days before your next order, or with one email to hello@cheerfulbuddha.com.
  • We'll email you 3 days before each order, with a link to skip it.
  • Subscription orders earn Rewards points as normal (5 points for every £1 you pay). Points can't be spent on subscription orders.
  • You can also cancel within 14 days of receiving your first delivery under UK consumer law. Unopened items can be returned free within 14 days.
