Refund policy

Returns & Refunds
You can return your purchase to us within 14 days of receiving your order. The unwanted purchase should be posted to us in its original packaging to our Fulfilment Centre with a covering note explaining the reason for the return. Please include your order ID, email address and name so we can locate your order and then process any applicable refunds. The cost of returning the item will be your responsibility.

If your purchase arrives damaged or does not arrive at all then please let us know by e-mailing us on hello@cheerfulbuddha.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.
