We nemen dezelfde premium Rainforest Alliance Colombiaanse arabica en decafeïneren die op een schone manier, met het Mountain Water-proces: alleen water, zonder chemische oplosmiddelen, zodat alle zachte, chocoladeachtige smaak precies blijft waar hij hoort. Daarna verwerken we romige MCT-kokosolie in de branding en mengen we er echt Lion's Mane-vruchtlichaam door, zo'n 250 mg per kopje, met een vleugje ashwagandha en rauwe cacao. How to brew
Brew it just like your usual coffee

Cafetière
Add 12g of coffee for every 250ml, pour over water just off the boil, stir and steep for 4 minutes, then press.

Filter or pour-over
Use 22g for every 500ml of water in any filter machine or pour-over cone, exactly as you would your regular ground coffee.

Espresso or moka pot
Use about 7g for a single espresso shot, or fill your moka pot basket and brew on the hob. Enjoy it strong, or top up with hot water or steamed milk.

How is it decaffeinated?
With the Mountain Water process: just water, no solvents or chemicals, so all the smooth, chocolatey flavour stays where it should.
How do I make it?
Exactly like your usual ground coffee. Filter: 22g of coffee per 500ml of water. Cafetière: 12g per 250ml. Espresso: about 7g for a single shot.
How much Lion's Mane is in it?
Around 250mg of real Lion's Mane fruiting body in every cup (fruiting body, not mycelium), with a touch of ashwagandha and raw cacao.
Can I drink it in the evening?
Yes. It's decaffeinated, so it has only a trace of caffeine, which makes it a good choice for later in the day.
Does it taste like normal coffee?
Yes. It is real, premium Rainforest Alliance Colombian Arabica with the caffeine gently removed and all the flavour left intact, and creamy MCT coconut oil folded into the roast for a smooth, rounded cup.
