Description

Er is zoveel om van te houden aan je ochtendkoffie: het ritueel, de warmte, die eerste echt goede slok. We vonden alleen dat hij nog iets meer voor je kon doen. Daarom beginnen we met premium Rainforest Alliance Colombiaanse arabica en branden we die medium, zacht en van nature zoet, met een echte, diepe chocoladesmaak. Daarna verwerken we romige MCT-kokosolie in de branding en mengen we er echt Lion's Mane-vruchtlichaam door, zo'n 250 mg per kopje, met een vleugje ashwagandha en rauwe cacao. Hij zet en smaakt nog precies zoals de koffie die je elke dag pakt, of dat nu filterkoffie is, uit de cafetière, een espresso of een grote iced latte in de zon. Hetzelfde ritueel waar je van houdt, dat stilletjes net wat harder voor je werkt. 100% natuurlijk, vegan en zonder toegevoegde suiker.

How to brew

Brew it just like your usual coffee

  1. Cafetière

    Add 12g of coffee for every 250ml, pour over water just off the boil, stir and steep for 4 minutes, then press.

  2. Filter or pour-over

    Use 22g for every 500ml of water in any filter machine or pour-over cone, exactly as you would your regular ground coffee.

  3. Espresso or moka pot

    Use about 7g for a single espresso shot, or fill your moka pot basket and brew on the hob. Enjoy it strong, or top up with hot water or steamed milk.

What is adaptogenic coffee?

Coffee blended with an adaptogen. Ours is real Colombian Arabica with Ashwagandha, a traditional adaptogenic herb, plus Lion's Mane, a functional mushroom traditionally associated with focus and mental clarity. Cacao and MCT coconut oil keep it smooth.

How do I make it?

Exactly like your usual ground coffee. Filter: 22g of coffee per 500ml of water. Cafetière: 12g per 250ml. Espresso: about 7g for a single shot. Add milk or enjoy it black.

How much Lion's Mane is in it?

3,750mg of Lion's Mane fruiting body extract in every 150g tube, with 1,500mg of ashwagandha, 1,500mg of cacao and 1,350mg of MCT coconut oil.

How much caffeine does it contain?
